Hours: Our Gallery is open Tuesday - Saturday 9-4 PST. Please note that during August the gallery hours will be Wednesday - Saturday 9-4 PST.
Viewing Hours: Viewing is generally available Tuesday - Thursday 9-3 PST, please call in advance to verify if you are making the trip to the studio just for that. Please note that Rick and the guys will be on vacation during the month of August, so the studio will be shut down during that time, but will start up again in September. (The gallery will remain open.)

Shipping Policy
All purchased items will be shipped Tuesday-Friday
All listed shipping costs are for delivery in the continental United States, for international shipping please contact the studio.
Returns
Item(s) returned must be in original, undamaged condition and accompanied by original receipt issued by Satava Art Glass.
Item(s) may be returned within 14 days of purchase date and a refund (minus shipping costs) issued to the original buyer.
After 14 days, item(s) may be returned and a credit (minus shipping costs) issued in the form of a gift certificate. Gift Certificates are non-expiring and may be used toward future purchases.
These terms do not apply to items purchased directly at our studio, layaways, custom work, special orders or purchases where Bill of Sale is marked Final Sale.
Layaway
We do have layaway available. A deposit amounting to one third of the purchase price is the required minimum to hold item(s) on layaway for up to four months. Cancelled layaways will receive credit for the deposit and all payments made. Items not paid for, in full, within four months will be returned to inventory and a credit, for the deposit and all payments made, will be issued to the customer.
