Gallery and Office Hours: Our gallery and office is regularly open Tuesday - Saturday 9-4 PST, excluding holidays. On Christmas Eve we will be open 9a - 1p, after that we will be closed until January 3rd when we will be open for regular hours again. Have a wonderful holiday season and see you in the new year.
Studio Viewing Hours: Viewing of the glassblowing process is generally available Tuesday - Thursday 9-3 PST, please call in advance to verify if you are making the trip to the studio just for that. Tentatively the studio will be closed until probably mid January, so no viewing will be available during that time (though the gallery and office will maintain the regular hours posted above).

Purchasing Details
Shipping Policy
All purchased items will be shipped Tuesday-Friday, except for the week between Christmas and New Years when the office and gallery is closed, then those orders will be shipped the first week of January.
All listed shipping costs are for delivery in the continental United States, for international shipping please contact the studio.
Shipping costs are for ground delivery only. Once the item is in transit it can take 1 to 5 business days to arrive. If a quicker delivery is needed please either call, or put a note in the memo field of the order.
Returns
Item(s) returned must be in original, undamaged condition and accompanied by original receipt issued by Satava Art Glass.
Item(s) may be returned within 14 days of purchase date and a refund (minus shipping costs) issued to the original buyer.
After 14 days, item(s) may be returned and a credit (minus shipping costs) issued in the form of a gift certificate. Gift Certificates are non-expiring and may be used toward future purchases.
These terms do not apply to items purchased directly at our studio, layaways, custom work, special orders or purchases where Bill of Sale is marked Final Sale.
Layaway
We do have layaway available. A deposit amounting to one third of the purchase price is the required minimum to hold item(s) on layaway for up to four months. Cancelled layaways will receive credit for the deposit and all payments made. Items not paid for, in full, within four months will be returned to inventory and a credit, for the deposit and all payments made, will be issued to the customer.
